Information on this site
Your cart and favorites are saved in this browser so they remain available when you return. They contain product references and quantities, not your payment details.
Checkout information
Contact and delivery information stays in page memory and is cleared when checkout is closed. Card fields are cleared when payment processing begins or checkout is closed. The current site does not transmit checkout or card information to a payment service or order server.
Email support
If you email us, your email address and the information you choose to include are shared through your email provider. Please do not send card numbers, security codes, or passwords by email.
Microsoft Clarity analytics
Microsoft Clarity loads automatically and processes browsing interactions and device information to help us improve this store. The entire checkout, including delivery details, payment fields, and order confirmation, is marked for masking in recordings. We do not send customer identifiers or payment details as analytics events.
Your choices
You can remove items from your cart and favorites, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. For questions about information you have sent by email, contact kotomoebanana@gmail.com.

Delivery availability
Shipping destinations, carriers, and dispatch times have not yet been established for live sales. Contact our support team for delivery questions before arranging a purchase.

Address details
Review your country, street address, city, region, and postal code carefully. If you need help with address information, email kotomoebanana@gmail.com.

Contact support first
For a product or order concern, email kotomoebanana@gmail.com with the item name, order reference if available, and a description of the issue. Include photographs if they help explain a product concern.
Current checkout
The current checkout does not collect money or create a fulfilled order. Its confirmation screen does not initiate a payment, shipment, return, or refund.
Return arrangements
Do not send products to an unconfirmed address. Return eligibility, instructions, costs, and any refund arrangement must be confirmed with support for a real purchase. This page does not establish a return window or processing deadline.
